Arrival:
• If you are unable to attend the full day, please arrive no later than 30 minutes before your panel's scheduled start time.
• Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID for check-in.
Parking:
• Public parking is available nearby at 60 State St Garage.
• Please note that parking and transit fees are not covered or validated by Globe Events.
Check-In:
• When you arrive, you will be greeted at the check-in table and taken to the speaker green room.

NOTE: Panel graphics for some sessions are still being finalized — if your toolkit currently links to general graphics, updated, session-specific versions will be available soon.
Do I have to register for the event?
No! You have been registered by our team on the back-end. If you have any staff that you would like to accompany you, please send their names and emails to events@globe.com and we will register them as well.
Will there be professional photos?
Yes!
How will the photos be used?
Photography may be used by The Boston Globe for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes – including on social media, websites, and future event materials. You will also have access to them via Flickr and will be able to share them after the event!
When will the streaming video be available?
The recordings of each panel will be posted on our Globe Events Youtube by Friday, June 19th.
Is there a dress code for the panel?
The dress code for Tech Innovation Summit is business casual.
